ABOUT CAKE MAGIC

I started cake decorating when my children were small, making cakes for their birthday parties. I found it addictive and was soon making cakes not only for all my family, but for my friends and their children too.

This led to my going to catering college for 4 years to study sugarcraft, where I gained a distinction. I am so very grateful to the inspirational teachers who spurred me on at college and for all the fun I had there.

Finally I must also thank Debbie Brown, whose fantastic books got me started in the first place and who is always a great source of inspiration.
