FLAVOURS

We offer a number of different flavours, which include the following:

·         Traditional Fruit cake made with brandy

·         Vanilla sponge with buttercream and raspberry jam

·         Lemon sponge with tangy lemon buttercream

·         Rich Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache

·         White chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and buttercream

·         Carrot cake with very tangy citrus buttercream

·         Royal Iced cakes are also undertaken
